Scott Peterson was framedA dreadful knightmare#2 Police did not return the calls of witnesses who spotted Laci because they exclusively focused on Scott Peterson. #3 When Laci was spotted by the neighbors when she was supposed to be dead, the police were so embarrassed that they suddenly claimed that they found cement in Scott's boat, exposing their willingness to slant the evidence for the purpose of implicating Scott. #4 The absolute obsession to insist that nobody saw Laci Peterson alive on December 24, 2003, reflects the plot to create the false impression that Laci was murdered on December 23, 2003. Why else would anybody call Laci sightings bogus without even bothering to investigate? #5 when the Modesto Police paraded Scott Peterson's mistress before a throng of eager reporters, they instantly shifted the focus from an investigation into the disappearance of Laci Peterson to a hunt to force Scott Peterson to crack, despite the fact that Scott Peterson's infidelity is clearly not as relevant as the need to rescue a woman who was evidently kidnapped and who struggled to evade her captors, while the authorities were looking for a corpse. #6 Scott was having an affair, and his weakness was instantly exploited by promoting the time honored capacity to destroy a person through the power of rumor and innuendo -if he lied about sex, it is extremely easy to arrest his credibility -so they thought. #7 Republicans love to attack a cad. #8 Democrats are afraid to defend a cad. #9 If the tricky Bob Dole, slyly demonized Clinton through his neighbor, Monica Lewinsky and Ava Frey is aggressively demonizing Scott Peterson through her sister, Amber, it is the secrecy of concealed motivations rather than the surface reality, which ultimately conspires to cover up the entire truth. #10 Amber Frey is a cross between Paula Jones and Linda Tripp. She is defined, not by the force of her personality or her individuality, but by the people who manipulate the photograph of Amber and Scott. #11 The need to investigate a disappearance has been trumped by the obsession to demonize a cad -big difference.
#12 Modesto Police Chief Roy Wasden is a moron who claims that he knew that Laci was dead because nobody claimed the $500,000 reward. This is a simulation that is meant to be an accurate depiction of Chief Roy Wasden's attitude.
Press: So Chief, how did you know that Laci is dead, before the bodies washed up?
Chief: We knew because nobody claimed the $500,000. That's a lot of cash you know?
Press: And how do you expect to find Laci Chief?
Chief: We'll make an offer they can't refuse: Fifty thousand dollars in cash, for the body, and we won't even ask for her head. You have no idea how useful the private sector can be, when you wave some cash in front of private investigators like Bill Garcia. #13 The privately sponsored, tight-lipped search for Laci in a single location is absolutely suspicious. There is no legitimate reason to put the covers on the search for a missing person. #14 Laci Peterson was struggling to evade her captors and Candace Delong claimed that it was not Laci but another pregnant women. Duh...? Don't all pregnant women deserve support? #15 The person who was walking her dog when Laci was supposedly dead was not Laci but one of two other pregnant women who were dressed like Laci and had identical dogs...Duh ! ! ! #16 Bad luck -Scott admitted his relationship with Amber on December 24, 2002, and blunted the police attack -this was one cad who was too stupid or too panicked to lie -you know, everybody is supposed to lie about sex, why Scott denied them the opportunity to say, if he lied about sex, he probably lied about murder. #17 Scott Peterson's infidelity is repeatedly and desperately used to demonize him, and the Freys send signals that are so mixed, that the duplicity raises extreme suspicions. On the one hand, Ron Frey suggests that he shuns publicity because he refuses to sell a photograph of Scott Peterson and his daughter [according to Ted Rowlands, the National Enquirer has offered the Freys more than $100,000 for the photograph.] On the other hand, Ron Frey sits down with Ted Rowlands and publicizes a complete description of the picture he refuses to sell. Moreover, "one month after a pregnant Modesto woman vanished, a tearful 28-year-old woman stepped forward to admit that she had carried on an affair with the missing woman's husband." What took so long? Was it the failure to arrest Scott Peterson? #18 The police could not find an excuse to arrest Scott and they confiscated his new truck -what for, to plant a body? The media questioned the ludicrous practice that Mark Fuhrman supported and they returned the truck -but the egg on the face was bigger than a Texas Omellet. #19 They kept revising the arrest date -a sure sign that all the loose-lipped confidence was absolutely phony. #20 The police are not in charge of this investigation. Detective Doug Ridenour, spokesman for the Modesto Police Department, said he could not comment about any aspect of the investigation, but became aware that private investigator Bill Garcia was in the area through calls from reporters, and this clown gained notoriety because he found a patch of cement at the same time that the police found cement in Scott's boat. “It was interesting because it was the only patch of cement we saw in about 20, 30 miles stretch. And there was a tire track through it,” said Garcia. I find cement everyday, but nobody cares. #21 If somebody like Garcia can suggest that a tire mark from Scott's own boat is linked to the murder of Laci and Connor, then it is plain and obvious that somebody like Garcia is responsible for bringing Laci and Connor back, for the purpose of framing Scott Peterson. #22 Sounding like a broken record, on March 4, 2003, KTVU's Ted Rowlands claimed that plans to solve the murder of Laci Peterson are "right on cement track" and that police were a few weeks away from making an arrest. The perpetrators were so frustrated by the failure to force the police to act that they overkilled Scott's alibi, and brought back baby Connor in a method and manner of their own choosing. #23 From the get go, the police have acted more like choreographers than investigators, and there is not a single shred of credible evidence to suggest Laci Peterson was murdered by her own husband: "on Wednesday, March 5, 2003, the Modesto Police Department held a news conference to reclassify the status of the Laci Peterson disappearance, presumably to set the stage to arrest Scott Peterson. According to Craig Grogan, the department's lead homicide investigator, "This investigation began as a missing person case and we were all hopeful that Laci would return safely. However, we have come to consider that this is now a homicide case." Moreover, Grogan said the homicide reclassification prompted a new $50,000 reward for "information that leads to her location and recovery."The police are currently using an "information-free" recovery to implicate Scott Peterson, and in the final anayisis, they are merely endorsing a prescription to frame a target -any target -because if you merely assume Scott's guilt, you don't even have to wait for the bodies to wash up, to arrest him on a foundation of false assumptions. If there was any reasonable expectation that Scott Peterson was in fact the murderer, he would have been appropriately arrested before the information-free bodies washed up. #24 The only way that the bodies of both Laci and Connor could possibly surface at the same time, after 4 months, is if the perpetrators wanted the bodies to surface and when Connor came back [a fetus cannot possibly survive shark infested waters for 4 months without deliberate, human intervention] he proved that his daddy, who was under police surveillance when Connor was returned, did not murder him.
